A message from our new chairperson, Rachel Campos.
Dear All,
What a wonderful time we had at the Good Shepherd event on Saturday 1st June. It was lovely to see so many of you and feel so supported in all that Good Shepherd has done and is continuing to do.
It was sad to say goodbye to Pat Liddiard, who has worked tirelessly for the charity for so many years, but we know that she will continue to work with us in many other ways behind the scenes.
The music by Brother Simion was such a blessing, as was the food by Marcio de Paula. The Committee worked non-stop to ensure we had a great time and everything went off without a hitch.
We raised £765 for the work of the Good Shepherd from online donations and people's generosity on the day. We are immensely grateful.
After a few weeks away we are now getting back into GSP work, and the new board of trustees will be meeting shortly to talk about what's next. We are excited about what the future holds for the GSP and will keep you up to date.
